Minneapolis Rent Stabilization: What is Framework 5? | Urban Homeworks with Dr. Lewis & Dr. Goetz
This January, the city-appointed Rent Stabilization Workgroup voted to put forward a framework to the Minneapolis City Council that prioritizes housing stability, specifically for low-income and Black and brown renters. Urban Homeworks' Executive Director, AsaleSol Young, was a part of this workgroup and was among the majority that voted for Framework 5.
