Unapologetically V

Sometimes we create our own barriers and setbacks with poor habits and mentalities. This episode, I list a few reasons we may not be winning.

We cause and or assist in some  of our own mishaps and heartbreak. Heck I was the cause for a lot of mine!  Here's some lessons that caused me to sit my tail in a corner and leave it to God.

It's easy to stand firm in happiness and when  things are going great, but can you be unapologetic in your mess, sadness and or tough season. Is that even a thing?Catch up to who I've been up to and how I surrendered to this past season.

Shit was smooth until the pandemic hit.. then BOOM, a bad mom.

Often the word humility is confused with humiliation. The two aren’t the same.

Comfort zones are comfortable as fudge, but does it serve you, your goals and growth is the question. Whew.... I came a long way , but man I love the other side of it!

We are harder on ourselves and each other, way more than God is.

Life's about lessons... sometimes they cost you $1600

Opportunities won’t come get us off the couch or out of bed! We have to show up.

Sometimes you have to tell yourself “Adapt or die”. Adapting cuts out suffering.

Chile you single, not denied the love you want and deserve!

You deserve the big "O", and I don’t mean Oprah either.

Ain’t nobody got time for a trio or drama. You, your wig, and him can leave.

No better time than now. Relatability is real and understandable, But do away with seeking validation! Start that shit.

I chop it up with one of my favorite humans “Kid 1” about teenage pregnancy, abortion, sex and dating.

Our intentions are good and oftentimes just want to provide instant comfort. Sometimes just listening is ok too.

Giving is gratitude to God for what he’s done for us. Testimony and sharing the act should be a mutual decision.

No matter what the problem is or who call me about an issue, first thing I’m going to ask you is... “Did you pray?!”

Imagine being in your 30’s and realizing you got Daddy issues... Shit hit me like a ton of bricks.

The days aren’t gonna get any longer. Discipline allows us to maximize our days and create habits that will allow us to live the life we deserve. 

You have to ask yourself... so I want it bad enough?

I’m talking about envious partners who are low key in competition with you. It ain’t cute.
