Have you ever been a caregiver? I feel like I have been the majority of my life. In the recent weeks I have been a caregiver and it has been overwhelming. Listen to what I have experienced and learned while navigating life with this Hat.

Fourteen years later anything can still trigger you no matter how much you've worked on your healing. Healing doesn't mean you erase the past. Healing means you move forward regardless of the memories. 

Faith and grief are so important and different for everyone. At a very young age I questioned my faith and God. Life’s bumps didn’t make it easy for me to not continue to question it. Have you ever grieved someone who is still alive? Probably the hardest healing there is to be done.

Hey it's a new year! Welcome to 2023, we're back! Just a bit on my take of the new year ideas and how the holidays go for us with our family dynamic. Co-parenting can be difficult and can make the holidays not so jolly. 

It's Reflection Friday! The last Friday of 2022! Let's recap the year and see if any of this resonates with you! 2022 was good to me through the ups and even the downs. I am learning to embrace the world with an open mind and a grateful heart.
