The California Mortgage Relief Program is one of the many programs that West Modesto Community Collaborative offers. CMRP provides financial assistance to homeowners who are past due on their mortgages or property taxes. Our navigators Reyna and Elsa are here to help reach homeowners and support them with the eligibility process, application prep, document upload, and support while applicants await confirmation. West Modesto Community Collaborative has a variety of programs that help support the community! To kick off program introductions, we sat down with Lily and our co-host Jasmine to discuss the Navigation Project! Get to know the project coordinators of WMCC and their programs!

Karlha and Jasmine sit down with the one and only Sterling Fountain! Mrs. Sterling has been a lifelong resident of West Modesto, she has been involved with the community for years! She has seen firsthand the changes within Modesto. From her perspective, she talks about her experiences here in Modesto as well as the work she does in the community and the changes she would like to see!

In this episode, our co-hosts Karlha Davies and Jasmine Corena had the pleasure of interviewing Perfecto Munoz the executive director of WMCC, and Jocelyn Cooper the president of the WMCC Board of Directors. They both gave us some insight into who they are and how they began working and supporting WMCC and its community.
