Greystone Manor is situated in a very rich area of Beverly Hills, surrounded by palatial mansions, owned by people who are fabulously wealthy. And who live lifestyles that most of us can only look at, and perhaps dream about. But, honestly, who knows what goes on behind those gated walls and carefully manicured lawns and gardens? Who knows what pain and  suffering, or nefarious dealings are made in such places? Join us as we explore this well-known iconic building in Beverly Hills, USA. 

Have you ever wondered what it’s like for those who make a living purchasing and selling antiques? Items that somebody once loved and treasured in their lives? Have you ever wondered what story came with   that item? Why it was so loved? Everything we purchase and collect in our lives, tells a story about us, about our loves, likes, or dislikes.   It informs others about what is and isn’t important to us, in terms of our physical realities. And because, of the love we have for some of   these physical, tangible items, how much of our personal energy remains with that item, when it is no longer in our possession? Can non-living items have spiritual attachments?

Today we’re going to be looking at cryptozoological creatures and monsters,  things that go bump in the night and haunt your dreams. These are creatures of our nightmares and sometimes our waking hours. But, are these creatures of the night that terrorize us as kids, and perhaps as  adults, merely the results of nightmares and overactive imaginations?  Or, the results of a parent’s using cautionary tales to keep their kids safe? Or is there a reality behind them?

Certainly, most cultures worldwide have their store of legends and myths that persist in many places in the world, up to this very day.  Legends, or are they really cryptozoological beings like the Bigfoot,  Yowie, or New Zealand’s own Moehau Man? Are these genuine beings or merely cultural legends passed down from generation to generation?

We are going explore this part of the shadowlands, but, south of the border, down Mexico way – as the lyrics of a very old song tell us.

Can you imagine what it must be like as a professional journalist of over  40 years? A journalist with great credibility to their name, and one who has won numerous journalistic awards. Who is very well known in their community, and a sceptic of all things paranormal - that is until moving into a haunted house. Then afterwards encountered a specific spirit on the battlegrounds of Gettysburg. Not only that but being able to verify all the information given to you by that spirit in that encounter. How would that leave you feeling? This is what faced my guest  Don Allison as he struggled to come to terms with his experiences...

Skinwalkers, are they real? How did they come into existence? Forestry is one of New Zealand's main export industries, and so we have many,  many small and large crews working in the bush, as we say here in  New Zealand. Very often these work sites are deep into the forest lands and quite isolated from nearby towns or cities. Some even hours of driving away. Their very geographical isolation causes these groups, who generally camp on the worksite in these cases, to become a tight, close-knit working whanau, or family.

Sometimes the world of us humans and the world of the Elemental,  interdimensional beings clash, as in this case. What happens then? Is this a good experience for humans, or is it possibly not?  And what  would you do if you were in such a situation, where you came across such a being? How would you react? What would you do? And, how would this be experienced for you?

In  2006, my guest was dragged under a speeding train in a freak accident.  As the surgeons fought to save him, he had a profound NDE.

Time Slips, have you ever heard of that term? A time slip is when a person or in some cases people, step from their time into another time, either in the past or in some cases, the future. The Time Slip Theory works from the premise that time is fluid rather than fixed. Time is not linear as we experience it, but co-exists within a context of a single point of space. This episode goes over details of “Time Slips.” Also, I will tell various stories of people who have said They’ve experienced such things. Some very recently.

For those of you, like myself who enjoy going for walks in the bush as we say here in New Zealand, or hiking in the wilderness, this is a time when our thoughts once again turn to heading out to those desolate areas we may love so much. This episode today is an interview, with a very brave young woman. Who is speaking out for the first time ever, about what she and her family experienced for a period of roughly six years. The effects of which are still being felt in their lives currently. This all started when a drug-addicted cousin came to stay with them in their home, bringing along with her an entity attachment. This entity then began the process of systematically creating issues, pain and suffering in the family - ultimately breaking them all apart. This is a very raw experience and the very first time my guest has ever talked about it publically.

Paranormal investigations - who has ever wanted to go on one? To be part of a team that travels around their country investigating allegedly haunted sites, places, or people. This episode is a conversation with Kristy from the Soul Sisters Paranormal investigation team. An all female investigation team based in the USA. Kristy talks about how her team was formed and investigations they have been on. She shared her favourite captures from their investigations.

This subject of this episode is one that is not often discussed, but is something that actually is not at all uncommon for people, both female and male to experience - sexual assault by unseen entities called incubus - in the case of assault on a female, succubus - in the case of assault on a male. Yes, this is a very real thing. Of course not all examples of this are without consent. There are some people who whilst, they may not have invited this assault, they actually enjoy it. Some even seek it out. But for most this is an unwanted, terrifying and traumatising experience as is evidenced in the experiences shared by experiencers.

Shadow people are a very common phenomenon, where people see these dark black, generally human shaped forms.

Darker than the night around them. Some of these figures have glowing  red, green, or yellow eyes. Some are seen wearing hats, or carrying  something. Some are more solid than the wall they are in front of. Some  have really whispy, foggy edges..... But what do they want from us?

Imagine as a single mum of a baby under a year old. You come into a wee bit of money and your Dad suggests you purchase a home for you and your wee one. You are drawn to just one home, and immediately you know it is the one for you. So you move in and almost immediately things start happening in your home. At first you pass it off as old house noises, but then your renters downstairs come to you with their issues.... what do you do? Listen in to Kirsten's experiences in her home. Imagine waking in the middle of the night unable to move a muscle, and feeling or see the presence of something malevolent either in your room, or sitting on your chest. You try to scream for help, but no sound escapes your lips. After what seems like eternity the presence and feeling of being paralysed suddenly stops as quickly as it started. You lay there terrified and confused about what just happened. You have just experienced what has many names in different countries and cultures throughout the world - Riding the Witch, Night terrors, The old hag syndrome - or the more modern term of Sleep paralysis

Around 7.6% of the world's population will experience at least one episode of Sleep Paralysis in their lives. But for some unfortunate people this is a recurrent happening in their lives. Medical Scientist say it can easily be explained away as a neurophysiological event - BUT, does that preclude it from being a spiritual event as well? Are Ouija boards merely a game with very clever marketing? Or are they actually a door through which your worst nightmare could step? And if they are, then one would have to suppose that the “ghost boxes’ and other forms of communication with the spirit world are actually the same, or rather could produce the same results? Picture this: You are asleep in bed, it's 2am. Suddenly you are woken by the sound of persistent knocking on your front door, rubbing the sleep from your eyes you go to the door and open it. To your surprise you see two wee children standing on your doorstep. It's the middle of winter, but these kids are dressed in inadequate clothing for the weather. Looking at them you are overcome by an irrational and unexplainable terror.

Despite that, your concern for the kids overrides your fears and you ask them what they want and where are their parents? They ask if they can be let in so they can phone them. And then they look up at you and to your horror their eyes are completely black, no whites, no colour whatsoever. Your impulse is to slam the door shut, but inexplicably and against your will, you notice you are actually opening it further.

Black-eyed kids. What are they? Where do they come from? What do they want? Are they real or simply an urban legend? In this episode we'll hear theories and experiences from those who have witnessed these enigmatic and strange looking children. 

Losing someone we love is a very painful, very difficult and heartbreaking journey. There are so many questions we are left with.... The least of which is do they continue on?  If they do, can they let us know they are still around us? And are they aware of our pain at their loss? Do they know how much we love them? 

Deb., tells us all about experiences she had for the period of 18 months following the death of her then, young (27 year old) husband. How her place was 'haunted' by him but it is not in the least scary. It's a love story, touching and very raw, of how love transcends death and how life continues after this existence. Even now 16 years afterwards, the pain is still raw for her.

Or is it just the end of our physical body, the vehicle that we currently use? Like with the victims of Spontaneous Human Combustion in our last episode? What do you think?

In this episode I discuss ways our loved ones who have passed over may try to let us know that they are still around us. Still living, albeit in another reality, another form. And I, amongst others, share  personal experiences. See you then.

Imagine if you will, simply sitting down to have a cup of tea, or sitting with a friend preparing for a fishing trip, when with no external heat source your body simply bursts into flames, burning you from inside of your body to the outside? Would you even feel the flames? Would you be aware that this was happening to you? And even if you were, could you do anything about it?  Or imagine that you are a witness to such an episode? This episode is about the phenomena of Spontaneous Human Combustion, and shares witnessed and documented real-life accounts of people who have perished in this manner and a few rare, very lucky people who had this happen to them, but survived to share their experiences.

If you saw the Matrix movie starring Keanu Reeves, then you may recall a scene when Neo is with all the crew in the matrix, when they are awakening him, and he looks into the hall and in front of the stair case a black cat walks past, left to right. Immediately it does the same thing. When Neo comments on this the crew members recognized that it was a Glitch in the programming of the matrix, causing that scene to repeat itself. In the movie they could explain what happened. But, how do you deal with events like that happening in this reality, in your day to day life? 

This is the situation my guests in this episode found themselves in. Experiences that happened in their lives that they cannot rationalize or explain away. Experiences that have left many of them questioning the nature of this reality. Questioning what is reality? How would you respond to such an event?

Then imagine that one night when you  are at home healing and  struggling to recover your literal voice, that  you get this compulsive urge to go outside and look at the night skies.   You don't know why you have this urge, but it is utterly compelling and  so you go outside and look up at the night skies. . . . And that is the  beginning of almost nightly visitations of unexplained lights and  crafts moving in the night skies.

How would you feel if this happened to you? Would you feel like you  were going crazy? Like it was some kind of side effect from your  strokes? Or even worse, that you might be having another?

This is my guest Bonnie's on going experiences. Bonnie lives in  Texas, in the USA and kindly shares her experiences with us. She talks  about how they have changed her life and how she is able to capture  these craft in photos almost every single night.

We are the last stop, and the main gateway to most countries  in  the world who have bases in the Antarctic. So geographically we are a   fairly isolated country, however, our isolation does not preclude us   from our fair share of UFO sightings and encounters….  This episode is  about our most famous sighting. One that made the news all over the  world and is widely regarded as being in the world's top ten credible,  filmed UFO encounters.

In this episode I  go over a timeline of the events on both nights  and basic rundown of the over all events. Also, I am very thrilled to  have one of the last surviving professional witnesses to those  encounters. My guest is a gentleman, now in his late eighties, who was  on duty and in control of the Wellington  Air Traffic Control Center at  the time of these incidents. Very often these work sites are deep into the  forest lands and quite isolated from near by towns or cities. Some even  hours of driving away. Their very geographical isolation causes these  groups, who generally camp on the worksite in these cases, to become a  tight, close knit working whanau, or family.

Sometimes the world of us humans and the world of the Elemental,  interdimensional beings clash, as in this case. What happens then? Is  this a good experience for the human, or is it possibly not?  And what  would you do if you were in such a situation, where you came  across  such a being? How would you react? What would you do? Hey everyone…. I know I’m supposed to be having a break! But really I have been busy working behind the scenes and am returning early as I have a very special guest interview for you all.

Many of you may have heard of The Rendlesham Forest UFO Incident in the UK in 1980? And may be familiar with those who have spoken about their experiences on those two most interesting nights. Supernatural beings are a part of all cultures world wide. There are not many, if any, cultures in this world that don’t have a version of these inter-dimensional beings. They go by many names – dependent on where in the world they are found. But, there are not only one variety of these beings, there are many. Here are some names, a few of them go by. In Ireland and the British Isles, they are called the Fae, Fairies, Pixies, Leprechauns, the Seelie or Unseelie. . . . 

Here in New Zealand there are two basic types called the Patupaiarehe which are land based beings and the Pona-Turi which are sea based beings. But, dependent on where in New Zealand they are found, they go by different names. They are also called Patuparehe, Paiarehe and Parehe, Turehu, Korakorako, Tahurangi and Heketor. 

In this episode I will cover the history of New Zealand interaction with these beings and actual interactions people here have had with these folk. Both historical and recent.

People who could be living right next door to you. With whom you interact with, share the odd social occasion with. You would never know what they really are, unless you were unfortunate enough to fall victim to them

Skin walkers, ee naaldloosh, bear walkers, ishkitini. These are names given by Native American cultures to a type of harmful witch, who has the ability to turn into – or disguise  themselves as an animal. Most often in the form or shape of coyotes,  wolves, foxes, cougars, dogs, bears, and sometimes even ravens or owls. In the Navajo cultures they are the skin walkers or ee naaldloosh. 

Very real, very malevolent beings with the ability to harm and bring misfortune to their victims. In these next two episodes we will be hearing people's experiences with these beings. Along with an interview of a native Navajo person, whose voice and identity has been hidden as it is forbidden to talk about these beings for fear of attracting them to you. My guest tells of their experiences growing up on the reservation at the foot of a grandmother who was a medicine woman and experiencing these beings in their life.
