The title and the substance contained throughout this course was channeled in 4 hours before this class started.   We were preparing to introduce a NEW Meditation, “A Restored Relationship with Your Little You,” however, the Little Ones stepped aside so the Galactic Federation could lay out some much needed CLEARity on what needs to be done and inner stood right now for your Souls’s ongoing success here in Earth School.

Breathing is one of life's basics yet many of us are not doing it properly, never mind in a way that promotes healing and inner peace. For this reason, we Dïevergent5 consider MINDFUL BREATHING to be a spiritual basic, one that must be learned in order to "crawl" our way to inner standing, growth, and ultimate ascension (flying). 🙏🏻  

This is a BEGINNERS course that is open to our general audience ages 4 and up. It will be hosted online where we will first begin with a HEART MEDITATION by my dear sister-friend Becky. She is a very talented yoga instructor & almost certified hypnotherapist that has a gift with guided meditations and teaching the widely known "PRANAYAMA BREATH." A NEW tool to add to your spiritual toolbox to aid in your quest for healing & vibrational maintenance. 💪  We will discuss the history of breathing, learn how and why many of us are not breathing properly, and get a step-by-step guide on how to take a conscious breath. I will then take you through a GUIDED GROUP BREATHING MEDITATION so you can experience how to do conscious healings on yourself.  

We will finish with a Q&A where you are welcome to share your experience and enjoy any readings that come in, depending on the needs and energy of the group. A definite class favourite! ❤️  Before we can spiritually "fly" we must first learn how to crawl...then walk...then run; and in that order or we may find ourselves falling and hurting ourselves unnecessarily.  Breathwork is one of these crawling tools that will help smooth out the ascension side effects and vibrational shifts that come with lift-off.
