WOW. What a journey the last couple of months have been as I prepared for my first experience with the sacred plant medicine making it's way around the world, Ayahuasca.
I'm going to be honest (& if you'd like a deeper reflection of this listen to the full episode) when I first decided to explore myself deeper through the healing power of Aya, I thought this would be a one time journey. And I was wrong.
This is just the beginning of my journey with this powerful plant medicine & I'm really honored to be able to share it with you.
I just want to reflect that everything I share about in this episode is solely my experience & my perspective.
If you're thinking about exploring plant medicine my biggest piece of advice would be to work with a trusted therapist, psychedelic integration or prep provider &/or mental wellness professional before diving in.

Emily is a women’s life & relationship coach. She is a certified somatic healer who guides women through releasing energy in their bodies and lives that keeps them stuck, leaving them with the tools to consciously create a life and relationship that feels fulfilling on a soul level.
Before Emily found her purpose working as a coach, she had juggled all sorts of jobs desperately trying to find fulfillment. From teaching group fitness, to dancing at clubs and working in bottle service, all the way to working in real estate, before deciding one day to leave everything she had ever known behind and grab a one way ticket to Bali.

It’s been hard for me to be honest about where I’m at recently, but I’ve been struggling. Like many, & an unfortunate statistic.. I was in an abusive relationship when I was just 14 years old..

12. Never give up w/ MT Tringale
This week, Kristin sits down with Accountability and Mindset Coach, and all around AWESOME human being, Mary-Theresa Tringale (Mary or M-T for short). Currently living in Portland, Maine, MT can visit both the beach and the mountains in the same day (jealous!) Full-time she works as the Events and Sponsorships Manager at a Maine based non-profit called WinterKids which is all about getting kids outside and active during the winter time. As a coach, she founded the "Aligned & Empowered Project" which is 16-week accountability and mindset group coaching program that helps women implement daily habits into their life to help them become the women they were born to be, while developing life-long tools that will help them get there. M-T is on her fourth round of 75 Hard which is the program that helped her go from financially struggling and living in grief to thriving in all areas of life beyond her wildest dreams. Her favorite outdoor activities are walking on the Portland Trails, kayaking in the summer, and skiing in the winter.
