Life is Not a Tampon Commercial

How do I emotionally protect myself from these fools? A Q+A
Some of the people we find ourselves around sometimes say things that super hurt and pain us. Dealing with this is so complicated. But, have no fear-we have some ideas to help.

The Wobbly Walk of Questioning Relationships
Even having the question-"Do I want to be in this relationship anymore?" is super unsettling and scary. But normal. And even important to ask. Today, we talk through the scary wobbly walk of questioning what we want for our relationships.

Wait ... what if I'm not suffering enough? A Q+A
One listener asks if it's possible they aren't feeling bad enough. Like-what if they aren't suffering as much as they should be? We hear this concern a ton-and we are excited to dig into this point with you on today's Q+A episode!

Dear Chalesondra: Q + A

Trusting My Gut-Should I or Shouldn't I?
You meet someone. Your gut says "NOPE." Do you override your intuition or listen?! Great question. Let's discuss. Also-spoiler for the Netflix show Ozark around 4 minutes in. So sorry.

You Are Good, You Are OK.
As humans, we tend to operate from one assumption that creates a cascade of misery. Today, we are asking a big question that taps into this assumption and helps us shift from despair to hope.

It's a Q+A Episode!
You've got questions, we've got answers! Today we're tackling questions from our listeners on generating motivation to get sh*t done, building self-trust + self-love, and helping yourself to follow through and stop avoiding (with pleasure!).

When They Just Refuse to Listen
Other people can be SO defensive, right?! It's maddening. All we want is for them to listen-why is that SO hard? What in the world can you do when you aren't being heard by someone? We have some ideas for you in today's episode.

THIS is Why We Don't Do New Shit
Doing. New things. Is so hard. Not only is it hard to do something we haven't done before, but the vulnerability that comes along with doing it is so incredibly uncomfortable.
