The Art of Not Taking Things Personally
Not taking things personally requires understanding that other people's opinions and actions are a reflection of them, not you.

Power of Visualization
To bring anything into your life, imagine that it’s already there, and just be clear about it because the clearer you are when visualizing your dreams, the brighter the spotlight will be to lead you on the right path. Isn't it amazing to know that YOU can manifest your dream life?

Respond, don't react
It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters. It is by responding and not reacting that you can keep yourself sane in difficult situations. Don't let people get a reaction anytime they want, they don't have that power over you, right?

Life is simple, we complicate it!
Simplicity boils down to two things: identify the essentials and eliminate the rest. There's only one rule with life, don't try to solve it because the more you try to solve it, the more complicated it gets.

Asking for Emotional Consent before Dumping
Venting can be a healthy way to get things out of your brain. But, it's important to ask your freinds before dumping your problems on them.

Hold on
Don't give up on people who want someone to not give up on them. Hold on! Be there.

Love: A feeling worth experiencing
Love cures people - both the ones who give it and the ones who receive it.

Own your Mistakes
There is no sense in punishing your future for the mistakes of your past. own them up, forgive yourself, grow from it, and then let it go.

Do you love them or the idea of them?
There is a difference between loving the person and loving the idea of that person, do you know what? Hear me out to know about it.

Moving on and Accepting things as they are
You must make a decision that you are going to move on. It won’t happen automatically. You will have to rise up and say, ‘I don’t care how hard this is, I don’t care how disappointed I am, I’m not going to let this get the best of me. I’m moving on with my life

You got you!
People come and go, you are the only one who stays with yourself, then why rely on others when you can rely on yourself? You are your own power!

Embrace the Change
Change is the law of life, and those who look only to the past and present are certain to miss the future.

The Generation Gap
A father must lead his children; but first he must learn to follow. He must laugh with them but remember the ache of childhood tears.

Why do we accept bare minimum?
Why do we keep settling for whatever people have to offer? Where this comes from? Hear me out to discover!
