Chloé Harper Gold is a lifelong devotee of all things spooky, macabre, and grotesque. Her most recent story, "Heartbeat," can be found in the premiere issue of Ghoulish Tales. Her other stories include "Starlight and Fairy Dust" (Crystal Lake Publishing's Shallow Waters Volume IV), "God Given Duty," "Snake Bite," and "Cradle to Grave" (Reanimated Writers Press' 100-Word Zombie Bites). Her short film "Final Pickup" premiered at Screamfest LA in 2021 and has since played in several other film festivals including Chicago Horror Film Festival and Anti-Hero Fest. Chloé has also written for Nightmarish Conjurings, Dread Central, Horror Film Central, 71 Magazine, Honeysuckle Magazine, Adweek, High Times, and SuperRare.

Bomani told me how he fell in love with the story of Frankenstein, the filming process for THE ANGRY BLACK GIRL AND HER MONSTER, what his favorite genre currently is, and what movie he’d love to see David Lynch remake. 

AllBlk/Shudder/RLJE Films will release THE ANGRY BLACK GIRL AND HER MONSTER in Theaters on June 9th, 2023 and on Demand and on Digital on June 23rd. The film will be available to stream on Shudder and Allblk at a later date.
