Remember Your Why
Remember your why, your dream, this can get away from us. Today I want to remind you how important that is. A season is not a lifetime.
Taking Life Back
Learning how to say no for your own self and wellness can be a very difficult thing to do, especially when you are a caregiver at heart. When you can learn when it's okay to say no, you will have such a freedom.
Get Out of Stuck
When you become aware and your eyes are opened to what is really happening, that is when change comes. Don't allow excuses, no matter how legitimate they may sound, to hold you back, in any area.
Don't Get Sucked In Thru Insecurity
Too many times we can get lured into a lie that we don't have to eat right and/or exercise to lose weight. Though some may lose weight from fads and trends, it is NOT sustainable and NOT healthy. It takes work and discipline to get your mind, body and soul into great shape. It's not about how we look right now, it ALL begins on the inside of us. The outside will always reflect what's going on on the inside. Whether this be physical or mental, it shows. Don't allow yourself, because of some insecurity you may have, to believe the lie that you can eat whatever you want and not ever exercise and actually get healthy. Though they never say healthy they only say "lose weight". Put you first and take care of you!!!
What is Your Goal?
What are your goals? Do you have goals? Do you set goals to keep you going in the right direction? It takes some of us longer for this to really get inside our spirit than others. It is time and season in our life.
What Am I Doing?
Have you ever asked yourself "What Am I doing?" I do. The question now is - what is the answer. There are times we need to reevaluate our life. Maybe for you that is today.
You CAN Overcome
All fear, including but not limited to insecurity, fear of heights, fear of man (people), fear of the future, etc. These are not from God and we should not entertain them. You are fearfully and wonderfully made!
Not Defined By What You Look Like
You are not defined by anything but your heart. Not how you look, not your past, not mistakes and bad decisions, just who you are inside. Don't make the same mistake and judge yourself by your outward appearance. God looks at the heart NOT the outside so who are we to not do the same?
What do you think of when you hear someone is self-absorbed? Is this you? Could it be? Too many of us today are inward thinkers and it is toxic to our overall well-being. How do we change this?
No More Fear
How do others see you? How do you see you? Do you try to mask the things in your life that you don't want others to see? We cannot hide from ourself. If you fall don't try to hide it, you are human. Get up and continue to move in the direction of your dreams and goals.
The Right Tools are Key
When you have the right tools and you are being taught the right things and the right way, even if you faulted or get off track, don't worry you will be back! Creating a mindset, a lifestyle, a neurological pathway, will bring you back and you will continue to go in the direction that you want to go. This was me.
You Can Face Your Giants
What giants are you facing today? Challenges are the things that bring growth in our life. When we face a situation we know how strong we are by how we respond to it. This message is one I don't mind repeating. Get up, brush off, and keep moving forward one step at a time. Thanks for joining me.
