WOW 30 – How to Become an Accredited Investor (w/o Financial Requirements!)
Our guests this week are Ian Cummins and Brendan Ross, Co-Founders of Regdee, a platform that helps people become Accredited Investors quickly and easily even if they don't meet the Income or Net Worth requirements. Like us at one point and possibly many of you, Ian and Brendan were very frustrated at the inability to invest in Private Placements and other Alternative investments with their own money. So, they did something about it, and Regdee is the result!

WOW 29–"Infinite Banking Concept" (IBC) Deep-Dive Part 4: Business Case Study (Video!)
This is the final episode of our 4-part mini-series on IBC. This week's guest is Joe Burgess, who shows us an incredibly powerful multi-generational application of the Infinite Banking Concept. Using a real-life case study of an actual business he's personally involved with, Joe walks us through another element of IBC using a Company-Owned Life Insurance (COLI) policy using to fund a compelling long-term agricultural business opportunity.
Make sure to check out the video at this link. https://youtu.be/iS7d83Smz6k

WOW 28–"Infinite Banking Concept" (IBC) Deep-Dive Part 3: Investments (Video!)
Building on last week's episode of walking through a policy illustration, we take the next step to show a real-life case study from an actual client using his policy to fund real estate investment deals. Make sure to check out the video at this link. https://youtu.be/cPa_eWp17DI

WOW 27 – "Infinite Banking Concept" (IBC) Deep-Dive: Part 2 (Video!)
This week we are very excited to present to you an IBC policy illustration. This will allow you to look over the policy alongside us to begin understanding how the numbers make sense in Infinite Banking. That being said it may be almost impossible to follow along with us if you aren't watching the video so click the link below to view it on youtube. It is helpful to remember that every policy looks different. One could be funded monthly with a small amount of cash and another could be funded annually with a larger amount of capital. There are even some that are funded with more in the first year than in the following years. Keep in mind that each policy is designed specifically for the needs of the individual. This is why the best way to explore if IBC is the right fit for you is by meeting with someone who is specialized in the concept and knows the risk involved in building a policy correctly. Feel free to reach out to someone on the Unbridled Wealth team (Including Ryan and Kyle) if you want to see what IBC could look like for you.

WOW 26 – "Infinite Banking Concept" (IBC) Deep-Dive: Part 1
At the request of several people, this is the Intro episode to our deep-dive series on the "Infinite Banking Concept" (IBC). We've discussed this on several other episodes (make sure to check those out too!), but wanted to really get into the nitty-gritty of an actual IBC policy illustration and the mechanics of how it works with actual numbers. IBC is a trademarked term and concept originally developed by Nelson Nash, referring to the use of very specially-designed Cash Value Life Insurance policies, which are borrowed against to fund investments, business (or anything else you choose). This Intro episode briefly sets the stage to cover the history, background, and "Why" of IBC. In our next episode, we'll dive into an actual policy illustration.

WOW 25 – Relationship-Based Banks & Lenders
Establishing a strong, long-term relationship with banks and lenders can mean all the difference in some cases. In this episode, we discuss the kinds of things to be looking for in terms of both specific products and lenders/banks. We also continue to emphasize the value and benefits of having a strong tribe of personal and professional relationships.

WOW 24–Staying SAFE! (Due Diligence, Compliance, and Legal Q&A)
*This episode is all about knowing what questions to ask and how to stay out of trouble; both as an investor and/or as a financial professional (inc. those raising capital). These things are critically important to know, especially since we talk about a lot of "outside-the-box" strategies and "Alternative" investments on this show: namely, Private Placements/Syndications and Cash Value Life Insurance/"Privatized Banking". We believe these offer tremendous opportunities to build wealth, but the nuances and regulations are complex, to say the least! While this is certainly not an all-inclusive list of Questions or Answers, it's a good starting point.
*We are not Attorneys, CPAs, Government Securities Compliance Officials, Investment Advisors, Financial Planners, etc. as of this recording, other than Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents and personal investors. This information is not intended as specific legal or financial advice, and is for general educational purposes only. Please contact the appropriate professional to discuss your particular situation.

WOW 23 – Credit Hacking
*CAUTION: The strategies presented here may be inadvisable for many people, and are not provided nor intended as financial advice, nor any specific recommendation(s). We strongly urge you to consult a financial professional to determine whether this strategy is appropriate for your personal situation*
This episode's controversial topic is informally known as "Credit Hacking", which is the beneficial/advantageous use of personal and/or business credit cards to generate wealth on a net basis. When used properly, Credit Hacking can generate "positive arbitrage", causing interest rates and the flow of money to work for you and/or your business more effectively. But as mentioned in the disclaimer above and frequently throughout the episode, we cannot emphasize strongly enough that for this strategy to be effective, it must be implemented with the utmost sense of personal financial discipline and responsibility.

WOW 22 – Cultivating "White Space"
As the year draws to a close, we offer some reflections about setting time aside in our busy schedules to cultivate a healthy and productive life rhythm–or, as Kyle puts it, "White Space" in our schedule. While most of these ideas are more general in nature, there are some very practical finance and business implications too. During this holiday season, we encourage you to take some time (even if it's just 15 minutes) to cultivate your own White Space. You may be amazed at what happens!

WOW 21 – Client Testimonial (with Tyler McCart)
This episode is a real treat to share, since it's a real-life example of someone who's been learning and putting into practice so many of the things we talk about on this podcast. That "someone" is my (Ryan's) client and good friend, Tyler McCart. From our initial meeting back in 2020, Tyler and I have been very much on the same page about many things in life, and let's just say this isn't our first podcast rodeo together. Tyler's perspective and practical application is very enlightening, and will add value on many levels to anyone listening. Tune in and enjoy!

WOW 20 - Tax Strategies For Generosity and The Power of Giving (Taxes, Part 4)
In this 4th and final part of our tax series, we discuss Non-Profits, generosity, and charitable giving; as well as how that intersects with Life Insurance as it pertains to the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC).
*We are not CPAs or Tax Attorneys. This is general education; not specific advice. Please consult the appropriate tax professional for your specific situation*

WOW 19 – Tax Benefits and Case Study of "Privatized Banking" (Taxes, Part 3)
In Part 3 of our series on taxes, we discuss the tax efficiency of "Privatized Banking". As mentioned in previous episodes, this is a strategy which involves borrowing against the Cash Value of a specially-designed permanent life insurance policy. Using Ryan's personal example as a real-life case study, we demonstrate how Privatized Banking can be used in combination with other assets, investments, and creative finance strategies. *Please note: these are advanced concepts with potentially significant risks and adverse consequences, which require sophisticated financial expertise in order to be safely and properly implemented; including (but not necessarily limited to): optimal policy design customized for a given scenario, using detailed analysis and complex financial modeling of multiple interrelated variables. But when properly designed and executed as part of a comprehensive, long-term financial plan, these strategies can exponentially build wealth with extreme tax efficiency on multiple levels.

WOW 18 – Bonus Depreciation (Taxes, Part 2): Time-Sensitive!

WOW 8 - Legacy
Legacy is more than just leaving behind a sum of money or stories to tell. It is how we live in the here and now that impacts those around us. When we live with our legacy in mind it impacts how we see our money today and how we use it to build wealth for generations to come.

WOW 5 – Syndication Funds and Privatized Banking
As we're combining complex strategies together, this episode is a review of last week and an introduction to next week. As a refresher, "Multi-Tasking Dollars" was last week's episode, which was about "Privatized Banking", or using a Cash Value Life Insurance policy to get your money working in several places at the same time. This week, we introduce investing in Syndication Funds (which are many times restricted to Accredited Investors). Next week is our first guest interview, with an investor who is both a Syndicator and a Privatized Banking practitioner. The combination is explosive, but perhaps a little difficult to understand at first, so this episode and the previous one will definitely help with the learning curve!
