I am reprogramming my Youtube channel and it f*cking sucks! I will absolutely not sugar coat it. I KNOW this is what needs to happen but seeing my follower count rise painfully slow, seeing my adsense drop dramatically, and watching the roller coaster of analytics is all but insanity inducing. This change is painful but it needs to happen and when I sit and look at the individual videos I am posting I am seeing some incredible growth in terms of engagement and my videos being found through browse vs. search! I am breaking down my BIGGEST mistake when it comes to Youtube, changes in branding, and reprogramming Youtube to know what you want shown and to who. I promise it is worth it and I want to share some encouragement and tips so you can program Youtube for your channel!

135: Miranda Kragulj - Learning English with Miranda
Miranda Kragulj’s day job is at the United Nations, teaching English to staff in Vienna, Austria, where she lives, and in the field offices online. She is a mother of two and became a caregiver at 45 when her husband suffered a stroke that left him paralyzed. Miranda suddenly realized that life is short and thought about all the things in life she had wanted to do but always put off.
Once she picked herself up, she decided that she really wanted two things: to accomplish something for herself and to give to others. Teaching is what comes naturally to Miranda, so she decided to start an English blog and YouTube channel, mainly as a hobby. Miranda’s biggest hope is that her channel helps people who may not have the resources to enroll in English courses although they have the will and motivation to study hard. So far it has been incredibly rewarding.
