24: "How to Survive on Set: The Set Production Assistant’s Guidebook" author Jessica Dean Rose
Today, we dig into set life with author of "How to Survive on Set: The Set Production Assistant's Guidebook" and Assistant Director for feature films, Jessica Dean Rose. She had to learn the hard way how to become a great production assistant, from lingo to etiquette. With that, she felt it was important to share the knowledge she had gained, so she self-published the handiest book for aspiring PA's. We had a great time learning a few tidbits of set life. Verdict: it sounds awesome and daunting.
