Challenge Day 07 : Letting Go!
20 min guided meditation, buidling from our previous six days of consistent practice to give the mind what it ultimately desires - Letting Go!
There is an old Buddhist saying that goes:
"You should meditate for 20 minutes, unless you don’t have time, then you should meditate for an hour."

Challenge Day 06 : Setting Intentions
15 min mindfulness practice where we keep it simple:
1. Train the mind to set a single intention for the practice

Challenge Day 04 : Cultivating Gratitude
10min meditation focusing on building your “resilience muscle” through gratitude in this meditation. Gratitude meditation involves a conscious effort to appreciate what makes us feel good. It is tied in with opening our hearts and embracing the blessings we have.
It gives us the power to face our weaknesses and acknowledge the darker sides of life. It guides us to accept them, learn them, and grow.

Today we focus on the basics established yesterday, and slowly train the mind to hold awareness at different stages: physical body, environment & free flow
