XELLZ Ireland Ltd (an XELLZ Operations B.V. company) is developing an offshore wind energy supply base beside the Port of Rosslare in Ireland for which its 24shore Ireland division has secured over 200.000m2 of prime land that will be turned into the Europort Business Part in the coming few years.
