Our guest this week is Claudia Amy Salador, a qualified holistic lifestyle and wellness coach and personal trainer. Claudia graduated from the University of Leeds in 2017 with a degree in Communications and Media, which initially led her to an office job in London. However, after a brief stint in a PR grad scheme, she quickly realized that this wasn't the career path for her. With a growing passion for fitness and health, Claudia decided to take the plunge and pursue a qualification in this field as a side hustle. Fast forward five years, and Claudia now runs her own little studio in Essex and an online coaching app. She's a living example that doing what you love every day is the key to happiness and fulfillment. Despite taking an unconventional route, Claudia couldn't be prouder of where she is today!

Growing up, I always had a passion for helping other I knew from a young age that I wanted to pursue a career in this field, but I had no idea where to start or what jobs were either available. After a few stints in corporate and start up businesses I decided to take the leap and pursue my dreams.
My journey wasn't always smooth sailing. I faced countless rejections and setbacks (which we will explore more throughout this podcast journey together!), but I never gave up. I kept pushing forward, and eventually, I landed when I needed too. From there, my career began to take off.

After a burnout in 2019 whilst working for a tech start up, Hector spent some time at a silent retreat in the Himalayas. Upon returning from his live changing trip, he quit his job a week later.
He went on to Co-found Unplugged. A start-up providing a digital detox at off-grid cabins an hour from city life.
